Roadmap

From first flight to fielded mesh.

We earn each capability with evidence. Every phase has to prove itself before the next one starts — so what reaches the warfighter is combat-credible, not a slide.

The build sequence

Six phases. Each gate cleared with data.

  1. 01

    Learning platform

Fly, break, repair, log. Build the sustainment data before anything scales.

  2. 02

    Field kit

Deployable, operator-run. Prove the deploy / repair / charge workflow in the field.

  3. 03

    Support station

Sustain repeated operations from a supervised charge, repair, and config hub.

  4. 04

    Monitoring node

Remote health and status. Prove node identity and telemetry at distance.

  5. 05

    Emplaced node

Weatherized, unattended. Launch, charge, and relay without an operator on site.

  6. 06

    Integrated mesh

One resilient system. Self-healing routing, coordination, and provenance at scale.

Discipline

The vision is large. The build stays staged.

We do not attempt the full mesh before single-node sustainment is proven. The hardest problems — unattended power, jam-resilient routing, GPS-denied positioning — are deferred until the layers beneath them work. Each gate is cleared with data, not optimism.
